Charged on a free trial? How to get refund?

Hi, I applied for a free trial on Premiere pro and I got charged for the montly payement after the end trial so I figured I'll still get access to premiere for this month but I can't use it at all now! I got charged a month's price, 20$ USD for a 7 day trial that was supposed to be free because I didnt cancel? What?? I'm confused, I wouldnt have a problem if I still got access for premiere for this month since I paid it but I cant access it. Is it possible to get a refund please, Thank you.
