Hi there Back in Dec 2019 I was having trouble opening Adobe documents. I went on the Adobe site and purchased Adobe Pro DC on a monthly to try and see if that would help. Well the first thing I noticed after my purchase is that I purchased on the US site and not CND and purchased the PC version and I don't have a PC. I have iPhones iPads and a Mac. I tried everything to cancel this order but to no avail. Everytime I went on the site there was no problem if I wanted to purchase something else or upgrade. I'm not a techie and could not cancel my subscription. I can't understand why they can't have a telephone no like most software companies have. The irony is that I never even attempted to download it because it was not the right one. I entually (11 months later) called Amex and last month and had tthey suggested they send me another card with a different expiry date. Finally the charges stopped. This cost me over $250 and I got nothing for it. Like I said I'm not very good with electronics but in todays world you have to have them. Over the past 10 years or so I have dealt with Apple and Microsoft and of course being the non Techie made mistakes but was always able to talk to someone on the phone to resolve my issues. I found them to be absolutely wonderful to deal with. Why no telephone no Adobe ?? Even if a person had to wait for an hour on the phone at least we would be able to resolve these issues. I expected more from a large software company like Adobe

Do be aware that Adobe's staffing is impacted by the virus, so wait times are long
