Prueba el Ilustrador con la garantía de 7 días de prueba gratis, y me lo cobraron, reclamó por todos los medios pero solo hay respuestas electrónicas sin acciones de devolución, hago el reclamo ante Sernac en Chile para la devolución de mi dinero ... y dejo estas acciones hechas como prueba que no quiero ningun producto donde no hay garantía dell mal uso de una tarjeta entregada como garantía ..

Gracias Jhon, lamentablemennte es el unico medio de hacer notar una situacion me perjudica... los soportes para solucionar el problema no contestan, el pago se ha hecho efectivo sobre un producto en prueba, y eso es importante la comunidad lo sepa, si Adobe no da garantia de cobros abusivos, colocar una tarjeta antes de comprar uno de sus productos es una accion que va a producir problemas al dueño de esa tarjeta ,como lo hace conmigo hoy, ademas las prosibles soluciones solo se dan solo en ingles cuando los interesados en latinoamerica son de habla hispana... y estan escondicos para que no sean hallados facilmente, Mal por adobe...
