COBRO EN OTRA TARJETA

HOLA, NO SE SI OS HA PASADO NI COMO SOLUCIONARLO. 

TENÍA UN PLAN FOTOGRÁFICO CONTRATADO CON ADOBE DESDE HACE MAS DE UN AÑO. 

EL PAGO ERA A TRAVÉS DE UNA TARJETA RECARGA. 

DECIDO NO SEGUIR CON EL PLAN, NO CARGO LA TARJETA, EL PLAN EXPIRA,(ASÍ ME LO COMUNICAN ELLOS, Y ASÍ APARECE EN MI PÁGINA DE ADOBE) Y CUAL ES MI SORPRESA CUANDO VEO EN LA CUENTA DE MI BANCO UN COBRO QUE REALIZAN EN OTRA TARJETA QUE NO TENÍA ASOCIADA.

NO LO ENTIENDO... ME SIENTO ENGAÑADA Y NO SE COMO SOLUCIONARLO. 

EN FORMA DE PAGO, ME DICE QUE ACTUALICE FORMA DE PAGO Y SE HAN COBRADO CON OTRA TARJETA. 

ES MUY FUERTE.

Hola Elvira! finalmente pudiste solucionar este problema? me ha pasado exactamente lo mismo, no sé ´como han obtenido datos de otra tarjeta que nunca di.
