How can I contact the adobe support to clarify my account position?
I received a cancellation fee of 268,34 € after I cancel my subscription the 14th day of trial person
I would like to clarify if I can cancel free of charge the plan or indeed I can reactivate it and reuse it but without this very high fee

Hi Roberto5DF8,
If you cancel within the first 14 days of your initial order, you can get a full refund of the amount paid. And if you plan to use free Trial and cancel on your 14th day, my suggestion is Cancelling on the 13th day eod( why to take a chance when you are anyways going to Cancel).
I would like to inform you that an Order once Cancelled cannot be re-activated, however you may certainly contact Adobe support Team and ask them for a refund if your Cancellation is not elligible for early termination fee as stated in the cancellation policy.
