How do I contact Adobe directly? As far as I can tell, there is no way to contact them via their website - I know I used their web chat about a year ago, but can't find that now. I've tried tweeting, but haven't had a response. There's no obvious phone number (I'm UK-based) or email or contact form listed on their website.
I have a billing query, so unfortunately it's not something that can be solved on the public forums.
This forum system is not a direct link to Adobe support.
We are just users like you and can't help with account questions.
You need to contact Adobe directly through the Chat system at the link below.
https://helpx.adobe.com/contact/support.html
Select the chat icon at the bottom right of the page to open a chat session.
Type in AGENT into the chat window to connect directly to a person rather than the AI System.

Thank you. The link just goes to their generic customer support page with no chat link. But was able to get through using the Contact us link on their homepage as per your image.
Many thanks.

Yeah, that doesn't show up for me. Tried Chrome / Firefox / Safari, disabled all extensions. Thanks anyway. Got through via the other method as I said.

There should be a chat icon shown on the bottom right, an icon with three dots in it. If it is not shown make sure you have all the script/ad blockers closed, you can also try from a different browser.

Tatjana, you need to contact Adobe for account questions, as discussed already here. https://community.adobe.com/t5/account-payment-plan-discussions/contacting-adobe-directly/td-p/11448...
PS if someone contacts you and says they are from Adobe, they are 99% a scammer.

make sure you're aware of the cancellation terms by selecting your plan type (at the top of the page here), https://helpx.adobe.com/manage-account/using/creative-cloud-subscription-terms.html
for info on how to cancel your subscription, this page describes the few steps involved, https://helpx.adobe.com/manage-account/using/cancel-subscription.html
if you want to cancel but are unable to follow the steps described in the "how to cancel page", contact adobe support.
there are 3 ways to contact adobe; chat, phone and twitter:
chat:
use a browser that allows popups and cookies, and click here, https://helpx.adobe.com/contact.html?rghtup=autoOpen
in the chat field (lower right), type AGENT
be patient, it can take quite a while to reach a human.
phone:
https://helpx.adobe.com/contact/phone.html
twitter:
tweet @AdobeCare
p.s. if you're contacted by anyone (via email or private message), it's much more likely to be a scammer than an adobe representative. ie, double check for an employee badge if contacted in the forums and look for an adobe.com domain in the email address if you click reply to an email. then check again and be very suspicious. any other method of contacting (or offering to contact you) is almost certainly a scam, https://community.adobe.com/t5/using-the-community-discussions/staying-safe-in-the-adobe-support-com...
