I have searched everywhere to contact support. I tried to get a basic membership and now I'm being charged over $40 a month. When I try to "get a live person" I'm taken back to the home screen. I tried to just cancel but then it says I'm going to be charged a cancelation fee. I haven't used the account and I am extremely frustrated. Someone please help me get these charges to go away!

The chat link does not work for me- I've tried it every day for a month on three different devices. I am able to get to the cancel your account link, but I am not going to pay a $65 cancelation fee for something I didn't sign up for and have tried to cancel from the beginning. I agreed to a $10 per month fee, not $40.

I have the same problem. The [contact us] button doesn't work. When I click it nothing happens. There is no phone number.
I don't have the 'cancel my subscription' option available because the account status is 'payment problem', so that option is removed, which is ridiculous.
I have tweeted to Adobe Care twice with screenshots, zero response.
There is literally no way to contact Adobe, which makes the email claim 'you can contact us 24/7' (with zero details or links giving direct contact) particularly irritating.
Why don't you fix your payment problem as requested? Until you take care of that, nobody can help you.
