Disgusted in this company. I started a 12 month contract Nov 2018 for a University assignment, the contract was for 12 months at £13.15 per month. However, the contract has automatically been renewed for another 12 months and they are now charging the £24.96 a month! I used this product once and have now paid £207.72 to make a 2 minute video clip! This is an absolute con and not what I would expect from such a large scale business. When it states a 12 month contract that's what it should be, there, shouldn't be sneaky terms and conditions, I've cancelled my card so they can't take any month and I'll now see if I get charged £8 a month off my bank when this payment gets declined!
