Hi, I recently subscribed to the annual monthly plan fee 2 months ago and I need to cancel since my mom had been laid off due to the Covid-19, the place that she works at does not give her any more money as it is a small independent business. I do not need this adobe plan as I have to prioritize other things and can no longer afford it.. I cannot afford the cancellation fee of Rp 1.416.500 as I did not intend to ever cancel but due to unfortunate circumstances of my mom not being able to get her monthy wages I have to cancel. Please I really need help, I cannot afford to let my mom know as she is having her own financial problem to deal with. I need to cancel this before it keeps deducting from my mom's card and I cannot afford to pay the cancellation fee.
