I'm a student.  Because of COVID-19 I lost  my summer job.  The University offered to pay for the Adobe Creative Cloud license for students in my Media Studies Program.  Unfortunately I was charged the Creative Cloud full license on VISA, probably because of the annual automatic renewal.  Who do I contact at Adobe to validate the University payment and to reverse the VISA billing?  Is there a phone contact number?
