creative cloud for teams

Hi every one. I started a new project with other people, and I´m thinking about swtiching to creative cloud for teams (I have the individual plan right now). The price adobe show me is for every user? or that price is for all the team up to x number of users? Sorry for me english, I´m from argentina.
