Creative Cloud Installation issues

Hi! I bought yesterday Creative Cloud All Applications version, i installed it correctly, but i still can't use or just install the apps i bought. I get always the "you need IT admin authorization" message, but i have only a Mac for personal use. I read all the post about this issue, and i watch the youtube video, but i can't see the config directory in my mac, as showed in the video. Could someone help me?
