I am using CC 4.9.0.504 so I am not sure what it is trying to update.
Here is what the Install.log says:

Please check the Adobe Creative Cloud desktop application to determine which software title is attempting to update. You can then find the system requirements for that software title at https://helpx.adobe.com/creative-cloud/system-requirements.html
