Hi, I purchased the student discounted all access subscription to Adobe Creative Cloud which is suppose to give you acces to all of the apps, however when I sign in it only alllows me to access Adobe Xd and a small handfull of the other smaller apps while the bigger apps like Photoshop and Illustrator just say "start trial". It is really frustrating when you pay for something and your not gettig what you paid for and I can't complete my class without access to the apps. I am using my school email for my account on Adobe, but I purchased the subscription on my own through Adobe's website. My question is how do I gain access to all of the apps? I definitely paid for the right subscription that gives you all of the apps and I even got the confirmation email that says "all apps" on the subscription. Any help would be greatly apperciated.

Thank you for your help and response! I figured it out, I was signing in with the "business/school" option to log in instead of "personal". Its like they are 2 different accounts which is very strange to me, but I am glad its working now. Thank you again!
