"Incorrect billing info

We are unable to approve your transaction at this time.

There are a number of reasons for order failure, among them errors in the payment information, or billing address, or an inaccurate email address. If you have verified your information and are still unable to place your order, please contact Customer Service and order by phone. Call 800-585-0774."

I've spent 6 hours trying to get my original business card, an additional and a third, and even a PayPal account to work. Every person I speak to can't help me. One of them has deactivated my business account, so no access to Creative Cloud at all. I've gone so far as to add a personal credit card which still ends up being an invalid card. Any idea what's going on?

I've called a sales rep which ended up hanging up on me, I waited for another person for a callback that took 42 (for real) minutes and I've chatted with someone. My banks have all said that they do not see any incoming transactions or payment requests from adobe. I have other cards that I can't add for whatever reason, too.

I use all of the cards and the PayPal account every day with other vendors.
