Different rate in student plan

Hi, maybe someone can help me. I am a 14 year old Argentine student. Last year I purchased a Creative Cliud full plan at the student rate, and this year I received an email to renew at the regular rate. I don't know why I can't get the student fee if I'm still in school. Regards. #Istayathome

If you are able to confirm your enrollment, you will be renewed at the student price, otherwise you will be renewed at the regular price.
If you can't confirm your enrollment, it's likely that you've been renewed at the regular price, so please contact customer care and ask for a refund of the regular price.
