Quero terminar a minha associação com a Adobe e para tal preciso de cancelar o meu plano atual, o que não parece ser possivel com o aparecimento desta mensagem:

"Não foi possível cancelar o plano
No momento, não é possível executar esta ação na conta da Adobe. Para obter mais informações, entre em contato com Suporte ao cliente."
 
Os pagamentos estão atualizados, não entendo qual possa ser o problema.
