Do iOS installs count against the two installation count on Mac/PC?

Subject says it. Does the basic CC subscription plan work on let's say an iPad pro, Mac and PC? I only found the information for computers, not for mobile devices.

No. In fact IIRC you can have the Mobile version install on up to 5 mobile devices.
