Hi, I've had a Premiere Pro Plan since November 2018 but when I tried to cancel it today it told me I had to pay £70, is this correct?

I was under the impression I agreed to a years contract and after this I would just continue paying my bill until I decided to cancel.

If what you had was a one-year subscription, then it automatically rolls over into a new one-year subscription unless you change the plan you're using.

You can try talking to customer service. This is a public forum, not Adobe support. Users, including the ACPs and MVPs, can't provide support for account, subscription, billing, download, or product activation issues. Support for those issues requires an Adobe employee.
