I have been trying to find some way to get through to Adobe.  I had cancelled my subscription months ago and they not only continue to charge me but raised it and have been doing twice a month for months. Why or how could I have 2 accounts for myself?

I moved your post over from the poorly named "Using the Community" forum, which is for getting help using this forum system, to a better forum,

I hope this helps. Best of luck to you.

Sorry to here this but I simply can not understand how people do not check their Bank and or Credit card statements every month and how they can let unwanted charges, withdraws, go on for MONTHS without noticing them.

Hope you get it resolved.

This forum system is not a direct link to Adobe support.
We are just users like you and can't help with account questions.
You need to contact Adobe directly through the Chat system at the link below.

https://helpx.adobe.com/contact/support.html

Select the chat icon at the bottom right of the page to open a chat session.
Type in AGENT into the chat window to connect directly to a person rather than the AI System.

Best of Luck
