I have a subscription to Adobe creative cloud that I use for my photography but my teen son who studies interactive media at his highschool needs the entire Creative cloud ( Premier, In design and PS ) for school work now that he is quantined at home during this pandemic. I thought I could just switch to the 1 year education plan for $29.99 ( istead of $9.99 that I pay but I can not figure how to do it)

As far as I know, your son will have to have his own subscription, in his name, after he provides the required proof... I **think** you may pay using your credit card

You cannot change a Photography Plan bundle to the Student/Teacher plan.  Also, you don't qualify for student rates, only your son is eligible for the student discount.

$20/month for the first year only.
