I am trying to change my email address on my Adobe account, but the email address I'm trying to use says it is already in use. Then in use email address is deactivated as I requested , but I would like to now use this email address. Can you please assist?

Have you had the email address you are trying to use for a long time or is it new?

Have you ever used that email address before with Adobe?

Once an email address is used to Sign up for anything on 99.99999% of websites, companies, whatever on the web, it can Not be used again on that particular site.

It is a One Time thing so no one else can use that same email address.

Email Addresses are UserName SomeEmailProviders com domain name. Once that is used to Sign up for anything at Adobe (or anywhere else on the NET) it can not be used a second time on that same site.
