It is honestly very frustrating for small to medium sized businesses, we have multiple users who all have the same subscriptions - each month we need to reconcile our accounts for tax and can never tell which invoices we have and which we don't. Because the invoices are not emailed it is a manual task for one person to notify all users, then a manual task for each user to log in, download the invoice and email to the accounts department.

 

It is 2021.

Invoices by e-mail get caught in the spam folder. Just one disadvantage.

 

For teams there is the possibility to take a Team subscription instead of individual subscriptions. There are several advantages for you in this package:

  • Management console to get all your management tasks done centrally. The account managers do not need to be licence holders.
  • Flexible licence attribution - you can attribute individual licences to the users. When the user leaves the company you attribute his licence to a different user. (essential feature for a company)
  • You can do centralized package installations by building packages and dispatching updates to all users using your centralized IT infrastructure. Remark: We, however, as a team of 7 CC All App users and one XD user chose to have the individual user to decide when the user wants the update. Users can update without having admin privileges.
  • You have one Terra byte of cloud space. The cloud space belongs to the company, not the individual user.
  • Advanced support even that we tend not to need it.
  • Important for you: Invoicing is centralized.

FYI: we pay for the year. One payment. This is also important for us as each invoice needs specific treatment and generates a lot of hidden cost.

 

OK, there is also one disadvantage: It costs a little more than the individual licence, but it's still worth to consider.
