Estou tendo problemas com a minha assinatura!

Eu ja fiz o pagamento dos mês 9 e o pagamento do mês 10 tem vencimento para o dia 16/10. Na minha conta possui o histórico de transação e por lá da para ver que está tudo pago de acordo com a minha assinatura. Porém, dentro dos aplicativos de desktop, diz que minha assinatura expirou e eu nao consigo usar nenhum deles. O que eu faço?

1. Open CC Desktop App.
2. Click the gear icon > General tab > Settings. Select "Always keep Creative Cloud up to date."
3. Click on your Avatar (top right image).
4. Sign-out of Creative Cloud.
5. Close all apps.
6. Restart your computer.
7. Open CC Desktop app.
8. Click your Avatar.
9. Sign-in with your paid ID and password.
