Facing Real Challenge with adobe subscription.

We are facing lot of issues with our adobe teams subscription. We are currently not able to add licenses to our account and adobe say its not active state. We have payed a huge amount for adobe subscriptions and have invoice proof for that and adobe still say its not active and caanot add licenses. Adobe support is not at all cooperative and they provide workaround which is not at all acceptable. we have created support request with adobe and they found its their mistake and apologize to us and still they cannot solve this issue. We think that adobe does not like to directly deal with costomers insted they want us to to go for resellers. 

This is frustrating situation for us.
