This afternoon, I've mistakenly paid for using 'Creative Cloud' for one-month. I thought I could use it for free for 14 days but I've just realized that the money has been withdrawn from my account. I really didn't mean to pay it.
If I knew that I have to pay it, I wouldn't have used it. Anyway, I've just canceled all the plans. So I just want you to make sure that I can fully get my money back. Because I've just downloaded it 30minutes ago and made a cancellation right away.
Please get back to me as soon as possible.
