Trials.pngSigned up as Teacher. Go thru the portal. But none of the programs are full only trials. I get the following screen. See attached. I'm guessing the college I work for has already set us all up with a basic plan. Is there a way to remedy this. I can't seem to activate my plan although I paid for it. I did sign up before and used for three months or so but it wasn't this complicated.

I'm really not even sure who to talk to on my side, to have them let my purchase go through?

Any suggestions? Below is all I have access to.

check your account to verify your subscription is what you expect and to verify your adobe id, https://accounts.adobe.com .

use the adobe id you used as a teacher, not the school plan.  different id's can be tied to different plans.  each id can only have, at most, one plan.  if you tried to use the same id the school used, that's the problem.

if everything looks good, sign out and then back in to your cc desktop application using the same adobe id used to verify your subscription: http://helpx.adobe.com/creative-cloud/kb/sign-in-out-creative-cloud-desktop-app.html

Yes I sign in through the school portal which redirects me into my account thru the browser and thru the creative cloud app as well.

Tested it with a friends account and it worked so it doesn't seem to be software related.

So I need to find whoever is in charge to release me from the college/team default plan?

yes?

if you have a plan outside your school plan, don't sign in via the school portal.  follow the suggestions in the first replay.

Sorry for the confusion.

When I signed up before maybe over a year ago I used my school email.
I don't have a plan where I wasn't using my school address. When I go to login it gives me two options. Personal or sign thru the school. Either one I choose, the CC all apps plan is not active.

Which leads me back needing to find whoever is in charge to release me from the college/team default plan.

Or cancel and sign back up as a teacher but with another email, OHHHH because the school portal is only for vertification maybe... ?
