Having Trouble Cancelling my 7 day free trial for Acrobat Pro DC

Hi I signed up for the 7-day free trial using my university email and I have been trying to cancel my free trial, but I am not given the option. I have watched multiple videos on how to do it and read several comments from other users, but I just don't see the cancel option on my account. I also tried to find a phone number for customer service and tried asking for help on the website, but it keeps telling me to reach out to my administrator... I am not sure what that means. I am concerned that if I am unable to cancel it, I will be charged 15.00. Can someone please help??????????
