Help im scared [mistakenly subscribed to student plan]

I mistakenly paid for a  student plan becuase of the crazy markdown price monthly 19.99 im not a  student and worried what will happen to my bank.... how do i cancel the plan... i tired phone support but it hung up for some reason while on hold..

Trust me after i got it cancled I learned my lesson. Plus my lesson wasn't about false pretenses sounds liek you think i did it on perpose when i actually did it unknowingly. It was about being carefull and reading everything on the screen thats what i learned. Just thankful i noticed it 30 mins after signing up to it and not later down the road.

You can cancel with a full refund within 14 days of subscribing and you say you did so within 30 minutes. All the same, you will want to confirm with Adobe that the cancellation went through. Contact Customer Care at the link you were given and ask for a case number so you have confirmation. And check your credit card statements for the refund.

Also, I edited the subject line of your post to reflect that you had made a mistake. Another moderator had edited it to say the you had "lied" about your student status even though your first words were: "I mistakenly paid for a  student plan" and I removed those words.

 

Since you have the cancellation email, it sounds like your mistake has been cleared up. Keep that email and confirm all the same.
