I can’t log in to my account because of: “For security reasons, your access is temporarily disabled. For more details, contact Adobe Customer Support.” Then I can’t find information about this. And I can’t ask your Support because I can’t hog in to my Adobe ID.
How can I log in to my account?
Or where I can read about how long time I have to wait before log in again?

If you google for Adobe Customer Support, you can usually get a region-appropriate phone number that you can use to call them. Be prepared for a long wait; like most companies Adobe staffing has been affected by the pandemic.
