I'm a student in Australia and my education system provides all students with all the creative cloud apps for free. Every year it expires and you simply have to go to the adobe website and renew it. I did this (it's my second year renewing it) and was given a redemption code, which I then entered on the website and it worked normally. Then I tried to open Photoshop and Premiere Pro and After Effects etc. and every single one said "your ___ subscription has ended" even though I literally just renewed it. Is there something I'm missing? Am I doing something wrong? Please help!
