Endless, useless loops in the 'Welcome to Adobe Customer Care! Need help?' and 'Real Help from Real People' links.

Despite reading about 'for additional support via phone or chat, Contact Adobe Customer Care....'

 

Nothing works. They're continuing to charge me and unable to cancel. If anyone can point me in the right direction to an actual phone number, email address, or (gasp!) live chat, please let me know.

 

Much gratitude for any tips.
