How can a state of art product have such bad customer service? I've been trying to cancel my membership for the past month and I can't get anyone on the phone. I called the number several times, left my number, wait on the line, never got a callback, and the call gets disconnected when I wait for the longest time. For such a good product, how can the customer service be so bad???? I canceled the membership online but I want a refund of my money because I don't want to wait another year. Please help!
