I used Adobe's free trial, and I didn't feel the need to use it anymore, so I deleted my account on September 6 before the free trial ended, but payment continues on the card I previously registered to write the free trial. Could you tell me how to cancel this payment and how to refund it?

Since you deleted the account, you could do a web search for Adobe customer support, which will provide you with a regionally appropriate phone number. Be prepared to spend time on hold. Like other companies, Adobe is short-staffed thanks to the pandemic.
