How can I purchase CS Collection in Panama?

Hello there, I am currently living in Panama, and when I try to buy in the Adobe Online Store its says it´s not allowed in Panama. How can it be possible to have it then?

Creative Cloud software is by subscription only.

Can you purchase Creative Cloud from Amazon.com?
