How can I work with Premiere without a connexion

I work a lot in differents configurations without internet : trains, planes, far from town and no connexion places, and then, I would like to know how can I work without a connexion with my Première Pro and if I can shut off the computer without the message that I can open the application when I try to work another time without wifi or internet...

You just need to make sure that you are signed in to the Creative Cloud, depending on your subscription you have a grace period of either 30 or 90 days to work offline, more info
