How do i cancel my subscription if i forgot my email address for my adobe account

I created a dummy email as I needed Photoshop for like 10 min so I made use of the trial functionality. I forgot what the email was. I used PayPal however, I cannot seem to find Adobe in the recurring payments section on Paypal to prevent any payments. Does anyone have any ideas on how I can cancel my trial without my email address? I do have my Paypal.

You CANNOT cancel a subscription obligations by cancelling  the payments in Paypal or with your bank. That does not make your debt and obligations go away! Your debt may continue to grow and Adobe would be within their rights to sell the debt for recovery. You had better remember this email, cancel, and pay the early cancellation fee. Or you may find you are paying forever.

Be sure to remain signed in with your Adobe ID before accessing the link below
-you must also allow 'cookies' in your web browser for this to work

-click the chat icon at the bottom right of the page to open a chat session
-the chat icon looks like '3 dots inside a circle' at the lower right
-type AGENT into the chat window to connect directly to a person rather than the AI
Do be aware that Adobe's staffing is impacted by the virus, so wait times are long
