I have tried the chat function and have been left on hold for 45 min + (two times - and finally gave up both times). I tried the 1-800 number and was on hold for 32 min the first time before I gave up and 45 min the second time and gave up.
I have posted to the Adobe Rush community board and received intermittent, not very helpful replies.
I am very frustrated with this company as they aren't reachable.
I am using Adobe Rush software with a monthly subscription and it keeps freezing and crashing - I uploaded it in Sept and it was okay -- but now it doesn't do anything without crashing. I have uninstalled it and reinstalled it and it still doesn't work. I have tried to get in touch with someone - but it has been impossible. Please advise of next steps - is there a direct number or email to contact someone?
My next option is to cancel my subscription -- terrible customer service.
