How does “in app Purhcase” get charged for?

I am new to this.  I purchased Creative Cloud (basic monthly plan).  I see apps labeled "in app purchase" in Apple App Store (example, Adobe Spark Page).  There is no price next to them.  Do I get charged extra if I download and use these apps?  Thanks.

no.

while using the app you may/will see options that cost $.  only if you select those and agree to pay will you be charged.  

p.s.  in app purchases are an apple app store "feature" (and they're a google play feature of many apps) that allow app developers to generate income.  advertisements are another way app developers can generate income.
