I've just canceled my subscription today (still within my 14 day span, but I was already charged right before I could cancel haha). There's no mention of the refund anywhere on the email I received or on my account. So I would like to know how long it usually takes for a refund to be processed or if there are additional steps I need to take. I've seen posts from people not getting their refunds and I'm a bit worried.
BTW, I tried the chat support but it just keeps sending me to the cancellation process. I guess this is because there's no information about how long refunds usually take on the support articles or faqs.

I understand the frustration but do consider that support would be running on less staff due to the pandemic and hence the long wait times.

-click the chat icon at the bottom right of the page to open a chat session
-the chat icon looks like '3 dots inside a circle' at the lower right
-type AGENT into the chat window to connect directly to a person rather than the AI
