Sunday I did a test of Acrobat (7 days free)

Today, I want to cancel and for that I followed on your site the section "Cancel a trial version or an Adobe subscription", but unfortunately the option "Cancel the formula" is not available.

For information on my iMac, in the Creative Cloud application, I have already uninstalled Acrobat DC. My question: will I have to do something else before deleting the Creative Cloud application?

Could you tell me how to cancel before the 7th day?

Thank you in advance

Hi,

Here is the section from Adobe's Subscription Terms regarding cancellations... In most cases, customers can cancel themselves online – however, if you are in one of the countries mentioned, then you would need to contact Adobe cust. service:

Cancellation Terms

You can cancel your subscription anytime via your Adobe Account page or by contacting Customer Support*. If you cancel within 14 days of your initial order, you’ll be fully refunded. Should you cancel after 14 days, your payment is non-refundable, and your service will continue until the end of that month’s billing period.

* Specific countries require cancellations to be made only by contacting Customer Support. See the list of countries here.
