How to change two plans into one

Hi, I had taken a yearly subcription for Photoshop and Illustrator as two separate plans. I want to change my plan to the entire suit. Is there a way where I can change this plan without paying the cancellation fee? Right now I can change one of the plans but will have to cancel and pay a fee for the other one.

I suppose you will have to contact customer care to get the best options. These are peer to peer forums and no one here has access to your account information and hence can't help. Click on the following link

Scroll down to Support on the same page and click on Contact Adobe. 

Tell the Agent you wish to upgrade to the All Apps plan and ask them to waive your cancellation fee.
