I have a subscription to Creative Cloud and previously had Photoshop and Illustrator installed on my computer. My computer is old and was having trouble running them so I uninstalled them a couple weeks ago. Now I'm trying to reinstall older versions to see if they might run better, but I can't seem to find a way to access earlier versions of the programs. I've followed the instructions on this page: https://helpx.adobe.com/download-install/using/install-previous-version.html but under "other versions" nothing is listed on my Creative Cloud app. Additionally it appears the latest update is no longer compatible with my device. Any ideas how I can download earlier versions that may be compatible?

Specifically, which products and versions are you seeking?
Which operating system do you have?
Creative Cloud won't work on Windows 8 or 8.1 or less than Mac Sierra.

I have Windows 8.1 unfortunately. I looked at requirements for earlier versions and it does appear 8.1 is included, but not for this latest release. https://helpx.adobe.com/photoshop/system-requirements/earlier-versions.html So I guess I'm back to the original question- can I install this earlier version somehow? My system meets the requirements for 19x and earlier according to the page I linked.

Thanks everyone for the advice, unfortunately none of the suggestions here worked, but I contacted a customer service rep who was able to link me directly to 2018 download files.
