How to recover account - don't know email

HI,

Recently I re-install my windows 10 and lost my credentials for my adobe cloud account.

I'm still been charge every month but don't know which email I use when I subscribe.

Is there any way to recover my account?

Nobody in this public forum can help with an account issue... and if you don't know your email I doubt that Adobe can help

Be sure to remain signed in with your Adobe ID before accessing the link below

Write down important IDs and passwords and store them in a drawer. 

Use 2-step authentication for added security.

Nobody is keeping track of your log-in IDs and passwords except you.
