Just so there's no surprise when you get there... early termination of an annual subscription results in a penalty fee of 1/2 the remaining cost of the subscription.

I cannot find anywhere to write to Adobe!
Trying to find the subscription, which is paid automatically on our bank account!
I only have the information that it says Adobe Creative Cloud and is paid with 151,25 DKK monthly.
Company paying is Dolenco APS in Denmark.
Can you help?
Best regards

You cannot "write to" Adobe about this. You cannot email them. You must follow the instructions in the link given. If you do not know the account involved, this may be a major challenge, because Adobe will only talk to the Adobe account holder. They will not discuss info based on cardholder.

Ok thanks. That is a very strange policy, not to be able to talk to their accounting department to solve this.
They are obligated to give me an invoice!
I only see the solution to cancel the payments then.
Thank you for your clarification.

Like all customers, Adobe are obliged to send an invoice to the customer. However, YOU are NOT the customer. The customer is the holder of the Adobe ID, who clicked "buy", agreed to terms and conditions, and gave your card details. You do not acquire any "customer" rights by giving your card details for this purpose.
If you cancel the payment it should stop the service to the customer, who may then be obliged to pay a cancellation charge. This will be their problem, not yours.
On no account should a business use individual plans for Adobe products, because this is the sort of problem that arises. Businesses have other plans available.
