I am not able to download ANYTHING, Creative Cloud hangs/freezes

This is my frustration coming out, and have hit the last straw with Creative Cloud. I would like to show my disgust on how horrible, and how unusable your applications have now become.

 

Problem : Finally have funds to get the Creative Suite, LOVED your products from Photoshop CS4 and beyond.


Decided to pay Monthly, first day, knew I had to update Creative Cloud and Photoshop and other apps.

 

I HAVE NOT PAST THE STEP TO UPDATE CREATIVE CLOUD.

 

-Antivirus off (I've risked my network, and computer for you guys)

-Uninstalled/Reinstalled (using run as admin) stalls at 7%, tried again 29%, tried again 73%.

-Went here on the forums, someone tried the Cleaner Tool, WIPED EVERYTHING. Still stuck.

-REIMAGED MY COMPUTER, meaning, I. DELETED. EVERYTHING. for you. Still gets stuck

-someone even said to try it over night. It was stuck on 15% updating creative cloud, 9 hours later after I woke up, hasn't moved.

 

I'm a software client support specialist at my own job, so I'm troubleshooting this LITERALLY like my job, and I have no department to escalate my problems too, because if you can't even solve problems back in November 2019 of people with the same issue, what can you do for me in May 2020? How does someone ask for updates on bug reports? Case solutions? Do you use Salesforce to manage case reviews? Management? Unacceptable.

 

Is it the regedit section I have to look at now? Shouldn't the cleanertool have done something there? Exclusions on my antivirus as well, nogo.

 

I'm just saying sure the Adobe Creative Suite from before is totally gone, and your transitiion into a cloud based, DRM licensed filled bubble seems like it is pretty bad.

 

How are people having issues on one computer on the same network, while they try on a laptop and it works without issue?

 

If someone from the team response to me, I swear if I see a normal copy and paste response like all the other posts, that further tells me even the support team is a joke.

 

I need a fix, I have already paid for your service monthly for a while, and JUST wanted to get the full suite now.

I can understand your frustration and you share this with someone, but it would have been better to write accurate information about your system and your issue. Without these informations nobody can try to help.

 

Which operating system do you use? Please post the exact version.

Is you system up-to-date? All patches, updates and the newest drivers are installed?

Do you get error messages? If yes, please post the exact messages or screenshots.

 

 

My System: Intel i7-8700K - 64GB RAM - NVidia Geforce RTX 3060 - Windows 10 Pro 22H2 -- LR-Classic 13.2 - Photoshop 25.6 - Nik Collection 6.9 - PureRAW 4 - Topaz Photo AI 2
