I am trying to cancel my creative cloud membership along with my students, please help! It just automatically renewed and I did not want it to. When I go online to cancel and it tells me my communication options, forum is the only one available.

I have Creative Cloud as membership, but I see now after all the time I am using it that I only have Photoshop, Indesign, Acrobat Pro and Illustrator as apps that I use frequently. I gues that I am paying a lot for apps I don't use - is there any cheaper solution?

Seems there is not really a solution for my problem, as by calculating

membership for each app separately I would pay more than for the whole

bundle...

So I have to keep the all apps solution...

Sheena, can you please help me! When I go to "Plans and Products",  click "Manage Plan" under Adobe Stock, there is no "Cancel Plan" option.  Can you just please cancel this for me because I have no purpose for this and I don't want want to be charged for something I am not using. I honestly don't know what to do anymore.adobe screenshot.png

Adobe does not have payment details when using Trials.

Hi there jfagundus9, I need urgent help too....

I signed in to purchase "Acrobat Pro DC subscription (month-to-month)" products since 22 March 2017 by Visa credit card.

But after I used it was not enough good for me. I wish to stop this plan but cant find out the way to cancel this product.

​Only had note on the billing history say the products will renewal on coming 17 Apr 2017 & 17 May 2017.

Keep waiting email for asking approved for renewal but nothing email received then my credit card ald direct deduct charging 2 times again from Adobe!!!

​Nightmare for me to using this type of services! After look back my Adobe account, cant even find out the products serial number or account number too... I also had try to click in "Manage account", inside only had my account statue & Payment inform only! No show out "cancel plan"!! What's wrong?

The next renewal date in 17 Jun 2017, I do not want to keep continue pay this helpless product anymore! Please help!!!

I'm in the same boat. I'm currently chatting in the Customer Care to get this canceled. I really wish you could 'cancel plan' like any other subscription. This is so difficult and I'm frustrated.

Sounds like Adobe has a systemic problem. Customer service has sent me in circles through chat and email. I now must cancel my payment method because they will not let me cancel their service. Unbelievably bad service.

Has anyone had Adobe charge tjem after the request to cancel has been submitted via email?

Thank gawd, I signed up through PayPal ... what a SCAM, Adobe !  I can't cancel my account and it leads me in a loop-de-loop !!  At least on PayPal, I can "cancel my recurring payment" and that way, Adobe can't scam me !!  I think Adobe knows what is happening here... from seeing the posts in the forum, this "internal blip" has been happening for a couple of years now.  Scammers !!
