I bought the adobe cloud individual for student but my account is still in free trial

I bought the adobe cloud for individuals but my account is not updated an is still in free trial and I cant use de adobe apps for this and I already pay for it also is not showing in my account that I pay for it an I didnt receive a bill about the payment some can help me with that?
