I can't access to my account

After I registered& subscibed adobe, I realized that I misspelled my email account which is my ID.

So I want to unsubcribe it and make a new one with my proper email.

The problem is, I need to access my account in order to unsubcribe it but all of the certification emails is going to my misspelled account which I have no idea whether it even exists. Please help me.

You can also do a web search for "Adobe customer support". This will give you a regionally appropriate phone number you can call.

 

Be aware that because of the pandemic, wait times are far longer than usual due to reduced staff and higher demand. Please be patient with the people to whom you speak. Like you, they are feeling a great deal of stress. A little patience and understanding will go a long way to helping you in your particular situation.
