I just bought the complete adobe package and when I installed creative cloud on my mac the follwing message appeared:

Você não tem acesso para gerenciar aplicativos. É necessária a permissão do administrador de TI para habilitar o gerenciamento de aplicativos.

"You do not have access to manage applications. IT administrator permission is required to enable Application Management."

I don't have any IT adm, because I´m traying to install on my personal iMac.

Can anybody help me?

You're right, but it didn't show any window asking my computer passoword. That's why I was confused.

Anyways, I contacted Adobe Support by phone and they helped me kindly. It's a configuration error on Creative Cloud that I had to solve manually.

When you are installing or updating on a Mac, that is your Mac asking you to prove that you have permission by asking for your COMPUTER password, not your Adobe password
